The Role

· Administer contracts across fitout, refurbishment and new build construction projects

· Prepare and issue subcontract packages, purchase orders and variations

· Assess and process progress claims, EOTs and RFIs

· Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts across a mixed project portfolio

· Work closely with Project Managers and site teams across both divisions

· Grow alongside a business that is scaling with real intent

What You Bring

· Experience as a Contract Administrator in fitout, refurbishment or commercial construction

· Solid subcontract management, cost reporting and contract administration fundamentals

· Commercially sharp, well organised and comfortable working at pace

· Ambition to work across a broader project mix beyond fitout

· Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications (preferred)
